🧵Curriculum Reform and Review I can sense a mild panic, bubbling frustration & here we go again-ness from some around the prospect of curriculum changes. I’ve been thinking a lot about it alongside reflecting on the 100s of schools I’ve worked with on curriculum development.

Staff wellbeing matters - teaching is a challenging job. When you work in a school where you feel valued, included and listened to, that is where you get a sense of wellbeing. No gimmicks. Just great support and relationships. A team.
