It is a sad day for our country when the privileges of our democracy are subverted with a reckless act of deadly violence. Violence against any political figure, no matter party or platform has no place in our society. I condemn it. As should we all.

San Francisco’s annual Chinese New Year Parade is tonight, Saturday, February 15, starting at 5:15pm! Montgomery Station is the closest BART station to the start of the parade, at Market and 2nd streets. Embarcadero and Powell St. stations are also close to the parade route. 👇
