Tonight I decided to lie in our yet to be started porch foundations to get some 'grass' level shots of my youngster. The last pic was taken by my wife and just shows you what she has to put up with. πŸ€£πŸ˜‰πŸ™„πŸ¦Š

My cub has now been joined by a sibling so now I have 2 of the little shits terrorising around my garden. πŸ˜‰πŸ‘Growing up so fast, 🩷 these little cubs. So much excitement they entertain us most evenings while we eat dinner. FYI that's the vixen that took my Action Cam. πŸ€¬πŸ˜‰

1/3 As a massive thank to her for allowing me in 2 look. I tidied up her garden for her. But we both agreed not too tidy, leaving the fox den area at the back & wild flowers on the left untouched. Also put water bowls out for the cubs. So lucky find it could've been anywhere. 🀞

1/2 then yesterday it rained all day, making looking for it almost impossible in her very over grown garden. So in todays sun I was out looking hard worried sick I'd just lost an expensive bit of kit through my own fault. And guess what, I found it ... how very lucky was I?

1/3 Sooo true story 2 days ago a fox ran off with my brand new DJI Action cam in it's mouth. (Yes you heard right) It was to dark to look for it in my lovely neighbours garden. Hoping the fox would do the right thing & drop it in her garden & not keep going losing forever. 😭😱🦊

Shockingly bad photos of the Rough-legged Buzzard over the Collared Flycatcher site early morning. I believe it drifted out to sea later. (Was not ID'd by me, it was so high up and into the sun I wouldn't have stood a chance)

Arriving at first light to search, then giving up & leaving. To having to turn around 20mins later...the Collared Flycatcher was a roller coaster of emotions this morning. Thankfully it did the right thing and stayed. Thanks Spurn Bird Observatory for arranging access to view.
