Whey-ah-Wichen (Cates Park) provided a spectacular natural setting for our school’s celebration of #NationalIndigenousPeoplesDay. Words, music, and dance were shared by student speakers, Children of Takaya, Tsleil-Waututh Nation, and Seycove choir.

When PLP 10 learner Ryan Underwood was tasked to choose an impact maker, Tchilaqs7Tchila (Gordon Dick) came immediately to mind! Ryan was honoured Gordon could attend the PLP Spring Exhibition and see her portrait of him alongside the other outstanding projects displayed. #PBL #deeperlearning
