This is clearly an error, because the film makes multiple attempts to state it is real and Gunn himself described how he deliberately made it this way. Errors in small background details like this often occur in media, this doesn't mean anything significant.

I've stopped caring about what people think of this scene and their bad takes. I absolutely love this moment. This is the payoff to his interview with Lois. This is Clark erasing all his doubts about himself. To me, this is SUPERMAN.

SUPERMAN opens with a beautiful landscape view that takes its time to settle in along with some establishing text crawls. FANTASTIC 4 opens with a quick view of the Baxter Building and that's it. This is part of what separates these two movies for me. The artistry.

Kingpin wanted to kill Karen after learning she killed Wesley. He knows Matt will be a problem if Daredevil can operate. So yes, it is in character for Kingpin to break his agreement if any leverage Matt had is gone, thanks to the nonsensical acquittal.

Kingpin specifically wanted Karen Page killed in DD S3 and knows Matt will continuously interfere. Are we supposed to believe that after Daredevil lost his leverage over Kingpin, he just decided to let her off and never expose Matt's identity? Why?
