NAFTA was supposed to improve env protection along the U.S.-MX border, but in the TJ River Valley, the U.S. is now running on the lawless system in place in Tijuana where toxic waste and sewage can be dumped without restrictions, apologies or excuses. What a tragedy.

Please absorb the magnitude of sewage destroying ecosystems and communities at the U.S-MX border. Tijuana/Baja California are given carte blanche to dump sewage into the Tijuana River. There’s always an excuse, always a pump “breakdown”. Bottom line —it’s a lawless environment.

Update on Tecolote Station bike racks. I contacted CM Campbell’s office-their message from San Diego MTS : “I will reach out to our Facilities team to request an install of regular bike racks to ensure there are other bike parking options that are no-cost.”  San Diego County Bike Coalition
