I don’t do relationships with microaggressions and weird energy as a way of communicating your feelings and getting your needs met. I will give people the opportunity to speak their truth but for someone like me with a strong intuition, mind games is an absolute no for me.

I don’t match energy. I give people the opportunity to harmonize with my frequency or go find something that works better for their growth. Simple math.

People love to say not everyone deserves access to their energy. But then turn around and give those same people their energy by constantly thinking about them, replaying past situations, mentally rehearsing conversations and getting pulled into arguments.

People can have whatever feelings, opinions, beliefs, judgements, projections they want. Just don’t match their energy and don’t merge or enmesh. You can give them space to be where they are by pulling your energy back and working out your feelings about them in your own space.

When someone throws negative energy at you do you unconsciously match their energy and send it back. Or do you remain awake & aware and recognize, that’s not my energy. Then mind your business by staying in your own spiritual energy.

Unpopular opinion- I don’t think ketamine is killing the dance floor. It’s been on the dance floor this whole time, people who take too much of it are uncomfortable to witness and are a dance floor killer though.
