Always a pleasure to spend time with MFL departments from across Future Academies at our Conference last week. We chatted best approaches to teaching the micro-skills of listening and what this looks like in practice at KS3/4. And, of course, new MFL GCSE specs. Very exciting!
Opportunity here for a current Spanish HoD or aspiring HoD who is well versed in EPI. Fully Contified curriculum and resources. You’d be leading a lovely team. No marking. Excellent behaviour. Ridiculously good CPD. Sensible SLT. Dr Gianfranco Conti #mfltwitterati #epi
Charlotte Pottinger's Retrieval Practice at Rivers Primary Academy is pure gold- and you can see her students think so as well. Video and notes here: teachlikeachampion.org/blog/how-charl…

This week, our trainee teachers came together with other subject specialists across the trust to collaborate and share expertise. Our MFL trainees had a brilliant day working with Señor Wahab and the languages team, focusing on bridging the learning gap.
Had a fantastic day yesterday working with MFL PGCE students from The University of Buckingham Faculty of Education. Lots of ground covered. A really knowledgeable, dedicated and open-minded group of teachers who will do great things by their students !
