I have visited static & mobile DCRs in Barcelona. The mobile one is being used less often because it has been so successful in bringing people into the care community. They save lives & they rescue people from addiction. There is no logical or moral argument in suppressing them.

As a a participant in the inquiry, it’s really disappointing [but not surprising] to see almost wholesale rejection by UK Govt of the recommendations made by the Scottish Affairs Committee on problem drug use. A striking lack of ambition.
