It was a pleasure to participate in the annual IAPD conference. On the panel I spoke about ways leaders from each park district can advocate for facilities within their community. This legislative session, I continue to sponsor measures that support local parks.

It was great to meet students from Lake Forest Country Day School during Tech Day in the Capitol. The 6th grade students used AI to produce images of Mt. Rushmore with diverse American leaders. I enjoyed meeting their team from Northbrook.

The 4-H clubs were at the Capitol for their Legislative Connections Day. I had the pleasure of meeting with Natalie Otto from Woodford County and Lily Frazee from Sangamon County about the importance of women in STEM and what a positive impact 4H has been in their lives. #4HClub
