Me almost squatting 315lbs. Gotta be honest I’m a lot closer to this than I thought I’d ever get. I started tilting my head down a bit rather than looking straight forward and I swear it added like 30-40lbs to my squat out of nowhere

Anybody have an idea of what value ms for constant would correspond roughly to what scroll rate in terms of the amount of time an arrow is on the screen?
