Thanks Nature Electronics for highlighting Jung-Soo Ko's work presented at IEEE Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits. Jung-Soo presented two different approaches for achieving 1-nm-scale gate oxides on MoS2 and WSe2. He has even better results coming up! All CMOS-compatible. Stay tuned. nature.com/articles/s4192…
