Cancelling my mouth hospital appt (waited 6 months for) as it’s to check the “progress my #dentist made since my last appt”. I haven’t even seen the dentist once let alone have any treatment. NHS is broken, dentistry forcing us to go private. Hope the new government takes note.

Arrived straight from a festival a drinking mess to a hotel for the week (working away) and have been upgraded to the executive suite (must have felt sorry for me!).

10 days away from home and today 7 hours on the road. I am knackered. 😴

Have used MyFitnessPal for years - in fact have logged in for about 2.5k days without a break. Yes really. Yes now we can’t see our friends easily or how long our streak is. It’s all changed. Not sure I’m going to continue but have a strict habit of tracking food #myfitnesspal
