Meet Seleyian, a leader, mentor to many, proud activist & vocal #FGMC champion whose teenage years changed the trajectory of her life. “...later that night, I met with the cutter to decide how elaborate the cut should be. But despite the options given, #FGM was an ambush to me.

…A violation of my rights and an experience that caused me so much emotional pain…” But that did not stop her from becoming the revered leader she is in her community today. Change starts right where we are, so let us take that leap of faith and be the change we seek.
