We're in the thick of summer, and it's going to be an especially hot few days. Every day — and this week especially — look out for your unhoused neighbors who don't have immediate access to air conditioning or water and experience increased risks of dehydration and heat stroke.

We built 1,000 hygiene kits in ~ 45 minutes (the most kits EVER) thanks to everyone who supported our annual hygiene kit build with @indie_shakes! Our outreach volunteers will now have enough hygiene products for our unhoused neighbors through the end of the year

From rescuing food and using compostable supplies to serve fresh meals, it's important to uphold sustainable practices when supporting neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Thanks Eco-Products for donating these compostable cups, bowls, and plates for our community to use!

Our participants' beloved pets are important parts of our community who deserve access to care, too. We're grateful to have launched routine onsite vet clinics and outreach mobile vet clinics with the amazing team from @thestreetvet at our program locations.
