Quite a range of conditions in the Palmetto State. While 25% remains normal across the upper coastal plain, over 30% in the piedmont and mountain regions are experiencing severe or extreme drought. Many reservoirs and rivers are down considerably. Clemson CAFLS Clemson Extension
