A good first step getting rid of one word judgements. Lots of questions for the coming year though. 4 categories are now high stakes too and those single word judgments will be looked for? How will ungraded inspections work? What I am supposed to say to staff tomorrow?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the Ofsted announcement. 🧵 I do welcome it, but there is a lot left unanswered, and schools are back. What significant changes does the announcement make? The framework is the to be same, the categories are still judged as single words. 1/
