SEC has responded to Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Gov's Right to Buy consultation. Steps should be taken to ensure that Right to Buy, at the very least, covers the cost of councils replenishing existing stock. secouncils.gov.uk/sec-responds-tโฆ
