OIL MARKET: In its monthly oil report, International Energy Agency says that OPEC+’s decision to delay an output hike as “materially” reduced the forecast of a 2025 oil surplus, but it hasn’t eliminated it (in part because OPEC+ members lead by the UAE continue to cheat on output quotas) #OOTT
