It looks like Karl Turner MP is going to be a leading figure on this from the Labour benches. His momentum, spirit and courage to speak out could play a vital role in this whole policy collapsing. Karl, we are with you, and we appreciate what you are doing!

What is the over and under on getting a response to this? Michael Payne MP as this a rapidly evolving space, it would be great if you could urgently let your constituents know your position on this. Will you vote to limit jury trial?

I do hope that Jonathan Reynolds (our chief whip) realises that this issue is already causing real concerns amongst colleagues in the PLP. I hope these concerns are made known to the PM. I really do.
