Hello! I am new to Twitter. I do research in NLP, and I have worked on this for the past year. MultiCochrane is the first multilingual, aligned, medical text simplification dataset. With this work, we hope to make the latest medical information more accessible to more people.

I am proud to present this work led by me and Lily Chen! FactPICO is a fine-grained, expert-evaluated, factuality benchmark analyzing LLM-generated plain language summaries of medical texts. We reveal various problems with using LLMs for this task. Read our paper to learn more!
