Jorge Parras 1/n It looks that there are 2AV junctions (T/M) & not 1 as in #AVSD ; there is no Prim. ASD, position of LV papilar muscles are normal, there is no LVOT elongation & no unwedging of Ao valve. Must likely Dx is large #PMVSD w inlet-outlet extensión, w bidireccional shunt, & PHT.
