For my dad, Vin Scully was the person who kept him company in an often empty broken home. For me, #VinScully was a grandfather who’d helped raise my dad & told the best stories. He was the voice of both of our entire lives until he retired. We loved him & won’t ever forget him



We should celebrate every successful effort to end a family’s homelessness. We also must learn from them. It shouldn’t have been so damn hard for the Raschke’s. And it shouldn’t have taken Lisa Halverstadt’s intrepid reporting to elevate the story. voiceofsandiego.org/2022/08/16/the…

“Housing ends homelessness.” The Mayor said it and I agree. When these homes are completed, lives will be transformed and our whole community will benefit. Very appreciative for the partnership with San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria and Supervisor Nathan Fletcher on this very important effort.


Climate action can’t wait. Neither can taking action to free San Diego from the 100-year old chains of the People’s Ordinance. There’s a reason why climate champions such as Climate Action Campaign and SanDiego350 have long championed this reform. Measure B is essential climate action
