"how?" he doesn't understand how hurting oneself helped thinking. klaus titled his head slightly, confused. "i can't help the worrying sometimes."

a little whimper had left his lips when dave broke the kiss. soon a faint smile formed along his brims while listening to the soldier's words. "i misses you too."

"lonely." klaus admitted which wasn't something that he did. admitting his loneliness to someone meant that he really trusted them. he couldn't help but leaning into dave's touch slightly. "how about you?"

"hey, it's okay.. we both have things to do." as painful as it may be, klaus understood why they couldn't always be with each other because life does take them in different directions. "just remember to come back to me at the end of the day."
