Public #health announcement to anyone staying at Graduate Hotels , especially in #Richmond : before checking in / out, confirm whether they used an #ozone generator in your room within 4 hours of your arrival. My wife/I arrived w our kids to find one running in our room (1)

As outlined by U.S. EPA , exposure to #ozone from these machines can cause major short/long term health issues. Staff onsite, while understanding/kind, were not educated in why our situation was a major problem / didn’t know not to ensure no one occupied room for at least 4 hrs (2)
