Anyone who thinks presidents were supposed to rule by Fiat (executive orders,posts on their social media account proclaiming things etc) needs to retake their government courses from high school. Congress is the lawmaking branch. It would be nice if Congress itself recalled that.

This is a boy in Gaza with the flesh of his family sticking to his body. The only reason this image isn’t front page news across Western media is because the perpetrator is Israel and the victim is Palestinian.
