An hour ago I asked in a family group text if anyone would be willing to pick up a grocery order for me sometime this weekend. Not a single person has yet to say anything... Once I get back on my feet, I may just move somewhere no one knows me at all.

I feel like I'm walking in a mine field sometimes. So many of the things I love, that are slightly dark, are suddenly triggering my anxiety in ways I've never experienced before. I can't watch my beloved shows, or read the things I like. And I don't understand it at all.

Is it bad that as tickled as I am that they are rolling out the covid vaccine, I will hold off on receiving said vaccine until I'm sure the first wave of recipients don't turn into zombies?? I mean, we gotta be vigilant against the zombie apocalypse, right?

I had 2 panic attacks earlier and my son told me that other than my PT exercises, I'm not allowed to be up for very long tomorrow. Apparently he decided I over did it today. 😕

Just got back from my 2 Dr's appt. The surgeon removed the cast & put on a boot. I'm still non weight bearing, but it's lighter & more comfy. The clinic put me on a safety treatment plan after I scored too high for severe depression & PTSD. They're gonna video chat me tomorrow.

I'm sorry I'm such a whiney butt. I'm just so frustrated and completely unable to fix things.
