I’m very impressed with the clever title Jonathan! Thanks so much for the complimentary editorial. Andrea Dooley Thompson, MD/PhD chemical biologist and cardiologist led the study start to finish and I’m very lucky to mentor her.

Congratulations to all of the PennCVI AHA Science undergraduate summer fellows for an incredible 10 weeks capped off with 10 minute presentations that blew us all away! These are our future physician scientists and we need you all to stay with us- a fun and rewarding journey.

Thank you so much Kristen for highlighting our study! Just wanted to clarify that the vast majority had overt HCM, only 8% were phenotype negative. Low event rates overall in all groups and no events in the phenotype negative

No prior research experience necessary! Looking for motivated students from any 4 year college including URiM and those without research opportunities at their own schools.
