Thank you Craig Aarons-Martin and @Resonance_Ed for giving me the opportunity to share my definition of a Unicorn Teacher! My work is invested heavily in supporting other Unicorn Teachers so they can continue to do this work!

SEL doesn’t work unless there is an intentional focus on Teacher well-being as well. What strategies do you use/would like your school leaders to use to support and prioritize staff well-being?
