Very delicious vegan burgers from Wholesome Junkies OG chikin burger w/ buffalo sauce has a nice tang to it, great texture. Gluten-free chilli cheeseburger is an interesting twist, with a meaty taste. Though GF just means no bun. Thai fries taste as good as they look 🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔

Loved brunch Ann! Was recommended the peanut butter and sweet potato dhaal - good textures to last bite. Scrambled tofu in the rancheros was deliciously creamy. Lotus pancakes were just the right amount of rich! Reasonably priced, but limited drinks choice. 🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔

Paid a visit to Homeground on First street. A great concept and rival to Hatch / Freight Island. I tried many different dishes, some quick ratings: Ultimate vegan nachos 🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔 Aubergine katsu bao buns (Vg) 🦔🦔🦔🦔 Tampopo Afc burger 🦔🦔🦔 BBQ Jackfruit fries (Vg) 🦔🦔

I need to tell you about I Knead Pizza... The choice and toppings are excellent. Reasonable price. The base and crust are good, but fall short of some rivals - so this slots in as the 3rd best pizzeria in Manchester for me. 🦔🦔🦔🦔

Tested the hype around the Sunday roast The Wharf (along with a mushroom pie). Cracking Yorkshire puds, excellent creamy carrot and swede mash, superb crispy roast potatoes. The beef was ever-so slightly lacking. Will be going back, a solid: 🦔🦔🦔🦔 #SundayRoast #Manchester

.Lily's Vegetarian, Ashton. One word: Wow. Went for lunch so chose some smaller dishes, including onion bhajiya, sev puri and masala dhosa. The gobi manchurian (sino-Indian cauliflower) is incredible, masala chips are a spectacular. Will be going back for a full curry. 🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔

'Lancashire tapas' Eagle+Child Rammy. Love the quirkiness and the variety. The crab thermidor and hummus were great. Solid stuff from the snag bangers vegan black pudding. Wouldn't choose a chickpea scotch egg again though. 🦔🦔🦔🦔

Worth mentioning that Eagle+Child Rammy does one of the best roast dinners I've ever had too. Potentially a 6 hog rating, will have to go back soon to confirm 😋 #SundayRoast

It's an absolute crime that Noi Quattro Pizzeria was knocked out by Crazy Pedro's. Not even on the same pizza planet.

Lunchtime tapas deal La Bandera Pretty good deal but included dishes were limited. Padron peppers very flavoursome. Tortilla and croquettas tasty but could have been bigger. Calamari was very tasty, not chewy at all. Overall enjoyable but had better tapas. 🦔🦔🦔

Happy to see Sunrise Patisserie The Makers Market last week. A huge variety of nata’s including chocolate and cherry! As a fan of plant based food I was super happy with the tasty vegan nata. Also threw in a nice chocolate one for balance. A 5 hog place for natas. 🦔🦔🦔🦔🦔
