How about when Baffert bought that nice filly from Canani. She ran horrible. Canani wouldn’t sell the goat to Baffert. Baffert said it was ok I got one of his flannel shirts. Then the filly won.

One day Ukio Okabe was coming to Ride at Del Mar. I asked Julio if he could find a live one for him to ride. The horse got beat a nose. Julio wouldn’t talk to me for a month. Said I cost him a fortune.

Every Christmas or on Debbies Birthday he would give her a Panetone Bread. I think he had a warehouse full of them.😂

The best was a day I was in Las Vegas. Julio needed a ride home. I gave him a ride back to Arcadia. When we get home he said I live in Fountain Valley. He slept in my brothers room on a water bed. He said I tried to kill him.
