I've rented offices from Regus for several years. In early years, we had contact info for the area manager (who was over several centers). Now, I've learned they don't give out that info and tenants are stuck with "international" anonymous help with issues in a center.

Random docket check in NDGA - 24 Ch.11 cases filed this month, so far. 16 of them pro se. A couple with lawyers already tanking w/ stay lifted. When the stats say Ch. 11 filings are up, take it with a grain of salt. Pro se filings have been huge for a while.

It doesn’t take an MBA to know inflation is one part of pricing - maybe a small part.
