The explicit target of this legislation is orgs involved in/supporting protest against Israel’s war on Gaza, most notably SJP. But of course, if passed into law, it could be used against any tax-exempt org working for an objective disfavored by the Admin in power.

I wouldn’t say this video is “funny” because what it reveals is the undeniably bad faith claim of an aspiring-influencer student who made a false allegation to the police and university in order to stymy free expression. Equally bad faith is Yale’s refusal….
