First scoring round in well over a year. Started off pretty steady (started from the 10th tee) at +1 through 9 holes but then quickly declined 😂 It’ll come back hopefully 😂

Solid tine followed by the Dynacore over the aprons and tees this week ready for extra work, verti cutting and overseeding. Good head start for maintenance week next week. Also marked out all new approaches/complexes ready for reshaping of cutting to mirror green mounds etc 😁 ⛳️

Maintenance week has gone well so far this week with the Air2g2, a 13mm solid tine, dyna cores, scarify to -5mm, top dressing and overseeding. That’s just the greens! We’ve managed to aerate the approaches and tees to with some OM removal, v drain and overseeding too. Busy week!

The use of clip volume, managing growth ratio, along with GDD PGR apps’, have really helped manage POA efflorescence and keep our greens happy atm including consistent speeds! Also, a great day yesterday hosting the badger damage work party, and meeting some of our members!

A few from lately. Great strike on the overseeding of weaker ‘cleanup pass’ areas. New weed removal tools are working well! Some overseeding of the short game area and a team brekkie with some more SOP delivery. 😁
