What is fall without cider? 🍎 As the Seven Years’ War ended, Parliament taxed both the American colonists and the English people in a move to pay down the country’s debt. The Cider Bill of 1763 laid out one of these taxes but was almost immediately met with protests in Britain.

Huzzah to the weekend! 🍻 We stopped by to raise a glass to our new neighbors, A Man Full of Trouble tavern. With a 25-seat bar and a museum upstairs, have a pint or two at Philadelphia’s oldest surviving Revolutionary-era tavern, located just around the corner from the Museum!
