Very little coverage of the climate and nature crisis so far this election...are the media in denial? Still time for BBC Question Time to produce a #climatecrisis #RenewNatureNow special this week instead of platforming ludicrous climate denier Farage. Link below in replies to

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us on Saturday at the #restorenaturenow march in London. It was an incredible event with around 60-80,000 people showing their support 🌎🙌 Film credit Matt Golding 💚🌎

Just 7 days until we head to the polls to decide our next Government📝 It's clear that the public are firmly behind a better future for nature, so whoever is in power after the General Election must make environmental action a top priority🌱 #RestoreNatureNow

here you go - have a look at this threat to society and then try and understand why she deserves 4 year prison sentence - for trying to raise awareness about climate change - when rapists and those who kill while driving get far less punishment ... theguardian.com/environment/ar…

I know Just Stop Oil aren't everyone's cup of tea these days, but should we be worried that people are being jailed for five and four years because of an entirely non-violent protest? I think we probably should. theguardian.com/environment/ar…

Justice? 5 Just Stop Oil activists receive 4 and 5 year sentences for planning to block a motorway! But Politicians “get away” with causing untold extra deaths in Covid times Post Office Scandal. 900 Subpostmasters wrongly convicted. And Just 2% of rapes end in conviction

Just spoke outside the court, where the #WholeTruthFive today received the most shocking of sentences from a truly shocking judge. Climate denial has infected our legal system.

These sentences are shocking. We should all be worried people are being jailed for 5 & 4 years because of non-violent protest. It’s a legacy of last Government we urgently need to correct. Locking up 5 peaceful climate protesters for 21 years in a prisons crisis is just insane

The legislation used to jail non-violent climate protestors was, by the previous government's own admission, written by the think tank Policy Exchange Policy Exchange won't reveal its funders, but is known to take money from oil companies opendemocracy.net/en/dark-money-…

Climate activism sentencing of 4-5yrs?! It’s shocking. It’s incomprehensible. I’ve signed the petition here: actionnetwork.org/petitions/no-p…

I'm deeply alarmed by the sentences handed to climate activists today over peaceful protests. I agree with the UN Special Rapporteur that this "marks a very dark day for fundamental human rights in the UK" I'll be raising this and our draconian anti-protest laws in Parliament.

Got to ask Kent County Council what is the bloody matter with you ? There’s a biodiversity crisis , insects have declined by 70% in the last 25 years and we are one of the most nature depleted set of nations on earth . Get a grip will you .
