Congratulations to Dr. Kyle Gibson who was approved as the first principal at Eversole Run Middle School at tonight’s Board meeting.

"Over 350 community members have signed a petition in the past few days indicating concern in the lack of transparency in the seemingly rushed process," says community member Erin Sheen on the hiring of the district's new superintendent.

"Our community deserves a search coordinated by an independent firm and a timeline that allows a diverse set of candidates to apply... we demand the Dublin City Schools Board of Education publish the profiles of candidates," says parent Chrissy Foster.

"It's very evident that students love their teachers, and that's what makes school systems successful... thank you for the week and I look forward to the next few weeks coming up," says interim superintendent Dr. Wade Lucas on his first week in the district.

The Board has gone into executive session.
