An adult male patient presented with these pruritic skin lesions confined to the left side of the neck for the past week. There is no history of similar illnesses, medications, or family-related conditions.

What's the diagnosis ?

31-yr-old male pt

Hx of cough and blood streaked sputum of 2 wks duration

There was a hx of sudden onset of expectoration of copious amounts of salty sputum, at the time of symptom onset

No fever, weight loss, wheezing, chest pain or shortness of breath.
