If you need a boiled-down explanation of the lawsuit that killed Trump's tariffs, read my colleague Ilya Somin (who filed the suit) here: lawfaremedia.org/article/the-co…

Corruption, left unchecked, doesn’t just bankrupt treasuries — it hollows out faith. When citizens think the game is rigged, they stop playing. The social contract can fray faster than Caitlin Clark can fire off a 30-footer. | @schneider_cm trib.al/9s0P2jr

Back in February, I wrote about Moore and Mansell, the two tour guides (and shark liberators) Trump pardoned yesterday: nationalreview.com/2025/02/trump-…

As we code each and every SNL sketch over the years, Scot Bertram and I keep track of the all-time great ones per season. Looks at seasons 14-18, which were the Dana Carvey/Phil Hartman years: (more at Wasn't That Special?)

If I can write a scene, plug it into AI, and get a well-acted clip out of it, the days of famous Hollywood actors are nearing their end. (See previous tweets.)

Christopher Hitchens always told stories about how he and his writer friends (Salman Rushdie, Martin Amis, etc.) would get together, drink, and rag on each other for the things they wrote. This sounds like the most fun I could have as a human being.
