I disagree with the 15% flat rate for indirect cost on NIH grants but this is starting a much needed conversation. I was surprised to learn that indirect cost is set by Congress. Why? We need more transparency on how this money is spent. Secretary Kennedy Bill Cassidy Jay Bhattacharya
