One of the best things to do is teach elite female athletes on the field to attack drills that NFL Players use. Just downloaded 20 new drills for every female athlete to practice. Still some editing to be done. Here is a small sneak peak being released this December.

When will Parents realize their kid isn’t always going to be the best player on the field. I see so many parents so far off on where their kid stands talent wise on all different levels. Does reality ever set in?

Coach Switala Is it any surprise the generation that was told everything they did was special and given a trophy for everything, believes their children are the best? My generation was sold a false reality and they raise their children the same way. The issue goes beyond sports.

Two ways to make sure you don’t get recruited…1.) your parents stand DIRECTLY in front of the college coaches 2.) no profile sheets out. Just a plea from college coaches…recruiting softball is hard enough due to the nature of our game. Make it easier for us, not harder.
