GDA's SCEG gathered today to co-design a national complaints system within the NCS. It must: Provide access to support for us to have our voices heard in policy and service design in complaints. Provide Independent advocacy support to help us speak up or to speak for us.

Glasgow Disability Alliance awaiting funding from Scottish Government affecting 5500 disabled members. It is not ok that funding ends on 31st March & still no communication. It is not ok that we can't reassure disabled staff & members. Disabled people's lives blighted by #Austerity #Covid #COL #ActNow

Community-led work cannot happen without secure, long-term funding. Organisations like Glasgow Disability Alliance do vital work supporting their members, and should be able to plan and deliver their activity without this uncertainty.
