Last yr everyone was an expert on COVID. Last week, measles. Now on #H5N1 . Bird flu attaches to 2-3Sia receptors in birds. We have 2-6Sia receptors in resp tract, so #birdflu does't spread betwn ppl easily. The risk of receptor 'switch' mutation is high though:

The number of young people presenting with advanced & very aggressive cancers over the last year in particular is worrying. I’ve never encountered it in such numbers my whole career. None of our colleagues have & they all remark on it. Tip of the iceberg.
