Fantastic presentation by friend and colleague Tari King MD on atypical lesions and LCIS. Excise (most) ADH and P-LCIS; observe FEA/ALH/classic LCIS. Cancer risk 1-2% per yr; chemo prevention works! Look forward to publication reflecting ASBrS recommendations. #ASBrS2025
