Week 1-5: We Run MVPS Arth Batra competed in 3200s in both meets while running a PR & scoring 8 pts in the team’s 2nd place finish at division. Mario Williams excelled in the 800 running a PR and scoring 8 pts for the team’s 2nd place finish at division. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 1-5: We Jump MVPS Tehmel Pittman tied his personal best at 11-0 in the pole vault while finishing 4th in the competitive Red Division Championships. Nick Foong set a new personal best of 12-0 in the pole vault while finishing 2nd. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 1-5: We Throw MVPS Daniel Duffie threw a new personal best of 157-7 in the javelin & won the event at the Red Division Championships. Dason Boateng has excelled in the discus as a newcomer w a throw of 135-4 and 2nd place finish at the divisions. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

The 4x400 of Jason Keiser (51.92) Anshul Jha (49.48), Jaylen Brundidge (51.10) & Mario Williams (48.58) ran 3:21.07 to finish 2nd in their heat & finished 41st overall with over 600+ schools running today. Another great performance for the 4x400 at Penn! #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 8: We Run: GMC Relays MVPS Atharva Sreedhar ran 2 exceptional legs on the gold medal relays of the 4x1600 (4:31.9) and 4x800 (1:59.3). Anshul Jha ran on 4 relay lineups and earned 3 medals (gold-silver-bronze in the 4x800, 4x400 & 4x200). #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 8: We Jump: GMC Relays MVPS Zacharee Osei set a new personal best of 12 ‘ 0 in the pole vault relay that finished 2nd. Mukunda Pyla competed on 4 relays while earning medals in 3 of the relays. TJ (3rd) 400IH (4th) & SHR (5th). #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 8: We Throw: GMC Relays MVPS Daniel Duffie had the second best throw of the meet of 156-10 in the javelin. He also set a new PR in discus (106-9) Dason Boateng lead the team in the discus (119-6) & set a new PR in the javelin of 122-5. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 9: We Run: GMC Championship MVPS Akul Laddha ran a personal best in the 3200 & split a p.b. on the 2nd place 4x800. Jason Keiser won 3 golds & a bronze while setting 2 school records in the 110HH & 4x400. He anchored the 4x400 & won the 110HH & 400IH. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 9: We Jump: GMC Championship MVPS Bryce Ellison finished tied for 2nd in High jump w a mark of 6-2. He also made the triple jump final finishing 8th w a mark of 42-4. Neal Kamdar set a new personal best of 5-8 in the high jump and jumped 40-4.75 in TJ. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 9: We Throw: GMC Championship MVPS Daniel Duffie continue leading the way in the javelin finishing 3rd with a throw of 161-8 Dason Boateng made the discus final. He finished 7th with a throw of 134-1. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 10-11: We Run: Sectional & Frosh Gmcs MVPS Jason Keiser won 2 golds in the 400IH & 110HH. He defended his titles & ran a leg on the 2nd place 4x400 relay. Abel Gebremedhin won the 1600 race in a PR of 4:52.89 and came back to finish 2nd in the 3200. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 10-11: We Jump: Sectional & Frosh Gmcs MVPS Tehmel Pittman finished 4th in pole vault clearing a new personal best of 12-6. Jayden Hanis set new personal bests in multiple events and jumped 34-4 in TJ to finish 5th. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.

Week 10-11: We Throw: Sectional & Frosh Gmcs MVPS Dhaanesh Karthikeyan throw a PR in discus and finished 5th in shot put qualifying for Group 4 meet. Orik Qavolli threw a personal best of 37-9.75 in shot put and finished 2nd. #S.W.A.Y.G.T.D.A.I.
