We are in Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 for the 30th ENGSO General Assembly. #ENGSOGA2022, hosted by Faroe Olympic, began today with an official welcome, and seminars on sports recovery after #covid19 & #equality in sport.


Thank you to the 🇫🇴 Prime Minister Bárður á Steig Nielsen and the president of Faroe Olympic Elin Heðinsdóttir Joensen for welcoming us and hosting the 30th edition of #ENGSOGA2022, helping us strengthen the #grassroots sport in Europe.



GAP WOMEN is a project aiming to increase participation of women👩🦰👩🏾in sport, led by ENGSO associated mbr Unió de Federacions Esportives de Catalunya with objective to support federations & sport clubs to increase membership of women. #ENGSO SG Sara Massini is attending today's kick-off meeting held in Barcelona.



No act of #FairPlay🏆 is ever wasted. Youth, empowered through values-based sport, contribute to healthier, stronger & more cohesive communities. Next week we'll meet in Brussels to #BeActive for sport integrity & celebrate 2022 European Week of Sport. European Lotteries


(1/2) On Friday, 7 October, Riksidrottsförbundet Swedish Sports Confederation 🇸🇪 celebrated the 90th birthday of organisation's former Secretary General Mr Bengt Sevelius. Mr Sevelius was a President of #ENGSO for many years and is also ENGSO Honorary President.










“Gender equality is not something to satisfy stakeholders; we are doing it for ourselves to work, deliver & perform better.” ENGSO President Stefan Bergh highlights importance of gender balance during #EUSportForum panel on “Women in sport: from grassroots to leadership”.


We are in Stockholm, 🇸🇪 Sweden, for the first ever European Youth & Sport Platform. #EYSP2023 is designed by youth for youth, and organised by ENGSO Youth in cooperation with ENGSO and The Swedish Sports Confederation Riksidrottsförbundet in Stockholm, Sweden.
