1/ @IcebergApache: for building an abstraction layer
which might drive a long-missing harmonization into the data space.

2/ Metaflow: for making the whole lifecycle of a
data science projects are more productive!

3/ Trino: for enabling a decentralization of data and
data usage at the same time!

4/ I've covered 32+ data start-ups in the #ThDPTh so far. Here are the top 5 most interesting ones to me!

5/ Tabular Technologies: literally 'busy building your new data platform', based on @IcebergApache and aiming to build a true data platform.

6/ @OuterBounds is making #datascience & #ml more productive along the whole lifecycle. They also maintain Metaflow. (@vtuulos)

7/ Starburst builds Trino and thus makes decentralizing data easy. Decentralized data is gonna be like 90% of all data in terms of sourcing as well as in usage soon, a future-proof concept. (@JustinBorgman)

8/ Hex is focused on making the building of data apps easy as a pie. They don't try to build yet another notebook start-up but truly focus on helping you and me extract value from our data.

9/ @iterativeai a lot like outerbounds is focused on making #datascience more productive alongside the whole lifecycle. They're building amazing OS projects like DVC and CML, both covered in the #ThDPTh .
