Hi @alaskaair, I've had two instances in the past 24 hours of "confirmed" upgrades (dark box with the white "F" for instant 75K upgrade) being inaccurate. When I complete the booking it says no upgrade available. Could be IT issue - can you follow up? Thank you- very frustrating.

Is anyone else finding it impossible to book on Qatar Airways with Alaska Airlines miles at the "saver" rate? Trying to book US-->Africa and every time I try the 120K mile option (business) it never completes. "We're sorry, we aren't able to confirm space on these partner flights."
