my mental state is getting better, i might be able to be active again. last month & this month was a hell for me since my 4 cats died & fam probs that literally worsen my depression. i have days where i just sleep & no motivation at all to do anything also been crying everyday.

depression really ruins my appearance, my face was full of acne, i gained 5kls for stress eating, halata yung pagod sa mata ko. tumaba ako masyado as in. i still can't post my whole body rn, since i got insecure looking at what i looked like rn lol.
