Wow SAS - Scandinavian Airlines lost my luggage on a direct flight to the USA. It was my dead brother’s luggage too, one of the last connections I had to him. They can’t even tell me if my bag made it on the flight and hang up on me. Can’t remember the last time I was this sad, this ruined my trip


SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, I've yet to receive a resolution for my damaged baggage claim that I submitted upon our return from Copenhagen on July 9, 2025. The Case # is 06999376. It has now been almost one month. Please advise.

Evelina Hahne SAS - Scandinavian Airlines since Scandinavians cannot make anything or innovate on its own you should copy American company airline customer service. Maybe the low luggage loss like Delta would be a good start! Can’t Ai help you figure this out? SAS just ignores you and loses luggage A LOT :)

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines I opened a Support Ticket on 21 April, because I saw only error messages when i tried to update my contact telephone number. No response yet. Can SAS agents at CPH or ARN do this, if I show my ticket/boarding pass and passport?
